Задача
The customer's 8-GPU baseboard suffered hotspot throttling under full load; existing 3 W/mK pads could not conform to the ±0.4 mm tolerance stack-up.
Решение
Ziitek ultra-soft 6.0 W/mK gap filler (0.5–3.0 mm) absorbed tolerance variation; graphite sheets spread heat across the cold plate.
